That is amazing for my muscles which hold a lot of pain and tension!! I have repeatedly gone back to Serenity and Soul not only due to the treatments but also the professionalism of Gemma and the comfortable surroundings. I have been suffering with painful feet since developing peripheral neuropathy 8 years ago & it's slowly been getting worse.
Why have I not tried reflexology sooner? Gemma was brilliant. She was friendly and welcoming from the start and I felt so comfortable and at ease.
I explained the problem and pain I've been experiencing and she used just the right amount of pressure to massage my feet wonderfully. The setting was so peaceful and relaxing too. I would definitely recommend.

Had the most amazing hot stone and mini head massage, was experiencing pain and tension in my shoulder and Gemma was extremely knowledgeable and attentive in reccomending what would be the best treatment for me. An hour and a half of pure bliss! Will definitely be back!

I had the most amazing massage with Gemma this morning. From even before the appointment time she was accomodating and friendly. Her directions were spot on and I instantly felt relaxed. I had the Swedish full body massage and it was truly wonderful. Gemma got into all the books and crannies in my joints and used the appropriate pressure to make my body and mind feel so relaxed. First time visit and couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome, relaxed and comfortable which, when being waxed is a huge plus. Gemma made sure that I was at ease for the whole time and will definitely be returning for further treatments. Can’t recommend Gemma highly enough

I had my first Swedish Back Massage by Gemma today. Absolutely brilliant. I could have laid there for another 3 hours. Really knew her stuff. I felt at ease in a calming and tranquil atmosphere. Nice one Gemma 😊

I was very very nervous going for VWaxing as I'd never had waxing done there before let alone the vwax. Gemma was so lovely and helped me feel comfortable throughout the entire session. Would definitely recommend and return for other treatments 👌❤
